A useful conversation starts with the site.
A single toilet for property work and a larger event setup do not need the same plan. Describe the people, the dates and the access arrangements. Then discuss the equipment and service that fit those details.
Look beyond the unit
Handwashing, accessible routes, regular servicing and collection matter throughout the rental. If the project also needs fencing, waste handling, storage or other site equipment, include it in the inquiry so the wider layout can be considered.
Know what is being confirmed
Final equipment, local availability, price and delivery arrangements are confirmed directly through the quote process. Sending a form does not reserve a unit or approve the placement. Check site permissions with the property owner, venue or relevant authority before booking.
Keep one clear site brief
Nominate a contact who can answer access questions and update the plan if dates or use change. Confirm who is responsible for utilities, supplies and any site preparation, then leave the delivery and service approach clear.
