Check the approach once, then keep it usable.
Choose with the use in mind
Before delivery, confirm the address, entrance, site contact and chosen position. Tell us about gates, height restrictions, soft ground, slopes or obstacles. Measure the usable approach when needed; the unit footprint is not the same as the space a delivery vehicle needs.
Make the location work
After placement, keep access open for users and servicing. Tell the rental contact about damaged or tipped equipment, a missed visit or unexpectedly heavy use. Avoid moving the unit yourself. Share photographs privately if they help explain a site issue.
Confirm the full arrangement
Before the end of the rental, confirm whether the facilities are being extended or removed. Ask how pickup is requested and when access is needed. A guessed completion date or locked site can create confusion, so nominate someone who remains reachable through collection.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
Delivery and pickup checklistWhen timing or access changes
Give the rental contact your order reference, site address and a reachable contact number. Explain whether you need an arrival update, a revised position or a service visit. If an advance call is important, request it when making the arrangements; it is not an automatic guarantee.
For an unsafe or tipped unit, keep people clear and report the issue. Do not attempt to lift or reposition it yourself. Discuss missed cleaning, low supplies or unexpected heavy use promptly, and agree what can be arranged.
