Rental questions

Before the unit
arrives.

What information helps you prepare a quote?

The full rental address, dates, expected users and a short description of the job. Mention access restrictions, permanent restrooms and any accessible or handwashing needs. If you are unsure about equipment, describe the situation instead.

Is a hand sanitizer dispenser the same as a washing station?

No. Sanitizer and washing with water are different arrangements. Ask whether the proposed toilet has a sink or whether a separate handwashing station is appropriate, and confirm water, soap and supply responsibilities.

Can a porta potty go behind a gate?

Discuss the usable opening, turns, surface and service access first. A unit’s footprint is not a delivery-vehicle clearance measurement. Access needs to work for cleaning and pickup as well as the first visit.

Do you offer accessible options?

Yes, accessible portable toilet options can be included in your request. Confirm the actual model and the approach, entrance and surrounding space. The organizer or responsible site manager should check applicable requirements for the entire installation.

How often will the restroom be cleaned?

The service schedule is agreed for the rental and its expected use. Tell us about busy shifts, long event hours or changes in attendance. Confirm cleaning, emptying and supply replenishment in the quote.

Can I extend the rental or move the unit?

Contact the rental team before extending dates or changing placement. A new location may affect safe access and servicing. Confirm the arrangement rather than moving the equipment yourself.

Does sending the form book my delivery?

No. It starts a quote discussion. Equipment, price, rental terms, service and delivery timing need to be confirmed directly before you rely on a booking.

What happens when I am finished with the rental?

Confirm how pickup is requested and keep the collection approach clear. Nominate a contact who can provide access. Do not assume the equipment will be removed automatically on an estimated project-end date.

working on?

A crew, a celebration, a property project. Tell us the location and what you need the facilities to do.
