Build the restroom schedule around the busiest phase.
Choose with the use in mind
Count everyone using the facilities during overlapping shifts, including subcontractors. Explain whether the site is compact or spread out. A distant toilet may technically exist but still be inconvenient to reach throughout a workday.
Make the location work
Walk the proposed placement and service approach with the supervisor. Mark future fencing, material storage and excavations. Arrange a contact who can resolve access issues before a service vehicle arrives, and keep the approach available for the whole rental.
Confirm the full arrangement
Confirm the equipment count, washing arrangements and cleaning schedule against actual use. OSHA construction sanitation requirements are a starting point to review with the responsible employer; this website does not certify a site or approve products. Ask about changes before crew numbers or project dates increase.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
