Describe the task before selecting a machine.
Choose with the use in mind
Tell us what the equipment must do, the working surface, access restrictions and anticipated duration. The right request begins with the job rather than a machine name alone. Model availability and suitability are reviewed for the specific site.
Make the location work
Discuss clearance, ground conditions, delivery access and who will operate the equipment. Required training, site controls and operating limits belong in that conversation. Do not infer a machine’s capacity or approval from a photograph.
Confirm the full arrangement
Coordinate equipment deliveries with toilets, dumpsters, fencing and storage so each remains accessible. Confirm attachments, fuel or power requirements, delivery, collection and rental terms in writing before work begins.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
