Coordinate sanitation with site access and work controls.
Choose with the use in mind
An industrial site may have controlled entry, inductions or restricted vehicle movements. Tell us about these before agreeing delivery and service. Identify the person who can authorize entry and explain which access route is available during each shift.
Make the location work
Facilities should be convenient to the work area without entering an exclusion zone or obstructing operations. Share the busiest shift count and whether workers are distributed across several locations. Discuss washing needs and temporary welfare facilities as part of the same scope.
Confirm the full arrangement
Confirm site-specific documentation and servicing arrangements with the rental contact. Do not assume a general portable unit is suitable for a hazardous environment or specialized lifting. Equipment compatibility and safety controls must be agreed for the actual task.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
