Keep the service plan aligned with a changing project.
Choose with the use in mind
For a multi-week project, a useful quote covers more than the initial unit count. Explain typical shifts, weekend work and the busiest phase. Review cleaning and restocking needs when use increases rather than waiting until the original plan is no longer enough.
Make the location work
Choose a position that will stay accessible during later work. A toilet placed beside an open entrance can become trapped behind a new fence, a material stack or excavation. Tell the rental contact before access changes and agree any relocation.
Confirm the full arrangement
Ask how rental periods, billing, additional visits and extensions work for your specific order. Do not assume the unit is collected automatically on a forecast project-end date. Confirm the removal request and leave access clear until collection is complete.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
