Separate guest restroom needs from vehicle waste service.
Choose with the use in mind
A temporary gathering around RVs or campers may need restrooms for visitors who cannot use the vehicle facilities. Explain whether you want standalone portable toilets, handwashing, a holding tank or another service. These are different requests.
Make the location work
Describe the property entrance, available placement surface and how service vehicles will reach the equipment. Do not assume an RV can connect to a portable toilet or that a generic tank has compatible fittings. Connections and permitted use need confirmation for the proposed equipment.
Confirm the full arrangement
Share the number of people, days of use and any permanent bathrooms available. Ask about the servicing and removal plan before the stay begins. If the request is actually for an RV pump-out rather than a restroom rental, make that clear so its availability can be checked.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
