Prepare for changing use over the season.
Choose with the use in mind
Seasonal facilities can support recurring gatherings, outdoor work or a property with temporary restroom needs. Explain when use starts, how it changes through the season and whether the site is unattended between busy periods.
Make the location work
Choose a location that remains reachable for service when the ground or site layout changes. Tell the rental contact about access after wet weather, locked gates and any periods when the property will be closed. Discuss safe placement instead of moving equipment yourself.
Confirm the full arrangement
Confirm the initial rental period and the process for extending or ending service. Ask how servicing, supplies and quieter periods are handled for your order. A seasonal arrangement should be reviewed when attendance, crew size or operating hours change.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
