Keep the working space and its access route in the same plan.
Choose with the use in mind
Storage and temporary offices solve different needs. Tell us what will be stored, who will occupy the space and whether power, lighting or climate control is part of the request. Confirm the actual unit features instead of treating every container as an office.
Make the location work
Discuss delivery access, turning room, ground support and door clearance. Consider the removal route before other structures or materials are placed nearby. A location that is convenient for storage may still be unsuitable for an occupied office.
Confirm the full arrangement
For occupied facilities, include restroom and handwashing arrangements in the site discussion. Ask about utility responsibilities, permissions, security and the rental period. Availability of the proposed configuration is confirmed with the quote.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
