A more indoor-style experience needs a more detailed site check.
Choose with the use in mind
Restroom trailers can suit occasions where guests want a different experience from individual portable toilets. Compare the actual layout, fixtures and access arrangements offered. The term VIP does not, by itself, describe a model’s capacity or accessibility.
Make the location work
Before reserving a trailer, discuss the approach, turning space, level placement area and room for steps or an accessible entry. Ask which water and electrical connections are required, how far they can be from the trailer, and whether alternatives are available for the site.
Confirm the full arrangement
Match facilities to the busiest period rather than the total invitation list alone. Include staff and suppliers in the discussion. Agree the delivery window, setup responsibility, service arrangements and collection access so the trailer is not blocked by tents, parked vehicles or other event equipment.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
