Make guest access part of the event layout.
Choose with the use in mind
Look at the walk from the ceremony, reception and parking areas to the facilities. Guests may need a route that works with formal clothing, mobility aids and evening lighting. The most discreet corner is not always the most usable location.
Make the location work
Compare upgraded cabins, accessible units and restroom trailers against the space and utilities available. A trailer needs vehicle access and an agreed setup area. Individual cabins can offer a different layout, but handwashing and servicing still need consideration.
Confirm the full arrangement
Share the guest estimate, staff count, event hours and venue setup schedule. Ask the venue about placement approval before booking. Arrange delivery before access is occupied by catering, flowers or furniture, and confirm pickup after the final cleanup team has finished.
Leave room for changes
If your dates, site access or expected use change, discuss the arrangement before the next delivery or service visit. Keep the agreed contact details available to the person managing the site.
